Tower Crane Plant Manager - Auckland
We are seeking a skilled Tower Crane Plant Manager to join our Auckland team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy machinery and plant.
✔ Maintain and service tower cranes and construction hoists.
✔ Schedule and oversee routine maintenance of machinery.
✔ Utilise computer systems for diagnostics and repairs.
✔ Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance paperwork.
✔ Support mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment.
About You
You’ve got at least 5 years of hands-on experience with tower crane repairs and maintenance, and while crane industry experience is a bonus, it’s not a deal breaker. With an automotive qualification under your belt, you’re confident diagnosing issues, organising repairs, and carrying out servicing. You know your way around NZTA regulations and have a full Class 1 New Zealand driver’s license.
You’re a natural leader, experienced in managing teams, handling rostering and leave requests, and giving performance feedback. You’re also organised, and tech-savvy, comfortable reading complex lift plans, pulling together business proposals and reports, and staying on top of parts procurement and repair schedules. Safety is always at the forefront of what you do, and you’re passionate about keeping everyone safe on the job.
On top of all this, you’re a people person who builds strong, positive relationships with everyone—customers, team members, suppliers, and subcontractors alike.
Class 5 Truck Driver - Auckland
We’re looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our Auckland Heavy Haulage Team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Safely transport plant and equipment to and from sites.
✔ Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
✔ Secure and transport loads following best practices.
✔ Assist with site setup and general labouring duties.
✔ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
✔ Maintain records and follow company policies.
About You
You’ll have a Class 5 licence and BESS certification, with experience in heavy haulage or Over-Dimension loads (or the willingness to develop in this area). You’re safety-focused, reliable, and take pride in operating professionally. With strong communication skills, you work well in a team, follow instructions, and take initiative when needed. You understand the importance of vehicle maintenance, compliance, and keeping accurate records.
Industrial Electrician - Christchurch
We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team, maintaining and servicing our southern Tower Crane fleet, along with a range of heavy machinery and plant across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Service, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on tower cranes, plant, and machinery.
✔ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electronic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
✔ Assist with crane mobilisation, erection, deconstruction, and general setup/removal.
✔ Work at heights, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
✔ Use diagnostic software and tools to maintain detailed service records.
✔ Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and control systems.
✔ Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
✔ Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
About You
You're a skilled Electrician with a NZ Electrical qualification and are registered with the NZ Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB). Experience with tower cranes is a plus but not essential. You have strong fault-finding skills, a solid understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems, and are comfortable working at heights.
